KARATE

I've been practicing karate since I was 9 years old. The lessons I've learned has translated in my personal and professional life.

I am a certified Qigong instructor. I teach people the health benefits of Qigong.

I incorporate yoga in my karate training which includes breathing control, meditation, and specific body postures.

WORKOUT

Working out in the gym is part of my weekly regiment which includes weight, strength, and resistance training.

I am a nature lover and I take every opportunity to exercise outside.
