pushups

I do 100 pushups a day.  Not all at once but 25 pushups four times throughout the day!

AIM: 50 pushups four times a day.  A total of 200 pushups a day.

PisTOLS

Pistols are tough.  I can only do 3 on each leg.  

AIM:  5 pistols per leg

I can jump 24" straight up. My legs are not that long!

jogging/running

I jog/run 2 miles twice a week.  I ran my first 5K run in September 2020.
